IFayQ is an ICQ UIN-faking message sending program. Just for fun.

You'll have to find the IP address and UDP port number of the intended recipient before you attempt to send them a message. If the recipient is currently online on ICQ and they haven't disabled being able to view their current IP address then you can use the Info menu from ICQ to discover it. To find the port number you should start from 1024 and work your way up. On most Windows system the port number increments by one for every connection/message that is sent so the longer they have been online the higher the port number will be.

Since this program was written (a couple of years ago) ICQ has changed their data protocol several times so you may have mixed results in getting this program to work.
